膏霜灌装机星盘间歇转动采用分割器传动,定位精确，气缸带动活塞，两个灌装头同时进行灌装；灌装时容器底托的转速/低速二段，可以稳定的对物料进行脱泡灌装。
灌装部件结构是可以组装和分解符合卫生标准，具有无容器不灌装功能，整机采用PLC控制方便简单，适合物料为中黏度到高黏度的膏霜类物料.
