中央供料控制器
特点：采用西门子PLC及大尺寸彩色人机触控面板控制，简单易懂，操作方便。
彩色动画显示各种设定，运转状态及异常现象，实时掌握系统进行咨询。
具空压源不足警报、料管空抽清管、自动逆洗积尘、中央供料主机自动切换及人工选料防错功能。
中央供料控制台与电控箱采用分离式设计，中央控制台可依据需求设置适当的位置，外形美观耐用，体积小。

中央供料主机
特点：马达延时停止射击，以避免马达启动频繁或者长时间空转，造成耗损。
附安全释压阀，当马达运转压力超过安全设定值时，此装置会自动释压，以保护马达。
供料主机两台并联的规划，且有自动切换阀门设计，以确保原料输送之稳定性。
FEATURES:The motor is designed with off-delay to avoid any loss due to its frequent start or empty running for along time.
When operating pressure of the motor exceeds its safe preset value,the safety relief valve will release pressure automatically to protect the motor.
Two parallel feeding hosts are designed to switch valves automatically, thus ensuring stable delivery of raw material Auto-cleaning Cyclone Dust Collector.
自动逆洗旋风集尘器
特点：空气滤清器及旋风集尘器一体设计，且内置大型弹匣式过滤器，能有效的捕集粉尘。
机台附有高压风源蓄压筒，大道累积供料次数后，使用高压空气自动逆向吹洗过滤器，清除过滤器上附着粉尘。
机台上端加装破空阀，下端配有逆止阀门能于不停机的状态下，将移动式集尘桶移出清理积尘。
FEATURES:Air filter and cyclone dust collector are integrated,with built-in cartridge filter capturing dust efficiently.
With pneumatic cylinder of high pressure air source attached to the station,the filter can be blown off reversely with high pressur air automatically to remove dust deposited thereon.
With additional piercing valves installed at the upper end and check valves equipped at the lower end,the mobile dust collecting cylinder can be mored out to clean dust without stopping the machine.
选料站
特点：快速选料站由数个分歧管组合而成，而同一个分歧管的原料，可以供应多台机台使用，且每支分歧管均附有快速接头与防尘盖，方便原料快速转换且原料未使用之分歧管也可以保持密封，防止污染。
FEATIRES:Quick sorting station is a combination of several branch pipes.Raw material in the same branch pipe can be suppiled to several station,and each branch pipe is attached with quick joints and dust proof cover to facilitate quick transfer of raw material and keep unused branch pipes airtight to prevent any possible contamination.
