全自动开盒入料封盒一体包装机

本机是集开盒、装料、折耳、插盒一体机,适用于多品种，多规格的纸盒包装，配有三菱PLC微电脑控制、自动报警、故障提示、具有人机界面控制、操作简单、维护方便等特点，封盒系统具有自动开盒、进料、折耳、封盒等功能、无须人手，整机架及接触物料的部件全部采用优质不锈钢和铝材，表面进行了抛光处理，外形美观大方，不污染环境。
开箱机
用途：流程中自动完成开箱、成形、下底叶片折合粘胶带。
装箱机
用途：完成流程中自动装箱。
封箱折盖机
用途：流程中自动完成折盖与封箱操作。
主要特点：
1、纸箱上前盖靠船形板折弯，其他三个叶片气动折合，平稳顺畅，封箱作业一气呵成，美观省力，可配合自动化包装机械系列使用。
2、引进新型贴带器，不用鼓风机吹挺胶带，利用压片装置，使胶带挺立不弯下而造成不能粘贴。
