全自动卷对卷连续线
Automatic Reel-to-reel Continuous Plating line
使产品在连续通过设备电镀槽的过程中完成表面处理，达到生产所
需要的表面处理条件，并保证带材的连续性和完整性，方便包装和
后道工序的加工。
设备全部采用可编程控制器（PLC）管理具，有温度控制、整流器
自动控制、液压控制、料自动添加及统计、产量统计、故障自动检
测及显示、设备维护提示等功能。
主要参数：
进料速度：0-30M/min；
电镀速度：0-20M/min；
产品厚度：0-10mm；
电镀方式 ：刷镀，浸镀，液面深度控制选择性电镀，轮式电镀；
常规镀种：镀金，镀银，镀铜，镀镍，镀锡等
To realize the surface treatment when the material strips
continuously pass through the plating tanks,to satisfy all
the necessary conditions that production needs and
guarantee the continuity and integrity of the metal strips,
which is convenient for packaging and later processes.
The line is controlled by programmable PLC,which has
temperature control,rectifier automatic control,hydraulic
control,automatic feeding system and statistic,output
s t a t i s t i c , m a l f u n c t i o n s e l f d i a g n o s e a n d d i s p l a y,
equipment maintenance alert etc.
