工艺流程：
放线—碱洗—水洗—酸洗—水洗—上砂—水洗—固砂—固砂—水洗—烘干—收线
Process:

—sand consolidation —sand consolidation—washing—drying —take-up
特点：本设备为本公司自主研发的电镀金刚石切割线生产线，在国处于领先地位。整条生产线采用PLC控制方式，在线镭射检测线径，图像在线检测观察清晰。我公司克服了原来老的工艺埋砂法，落砂法，研制了快速电镀物理上砂的方法，该方法具有上砂快，金刚石均匀程度比埋砂、落砂更理想，生产速度更快。

用金刚石线进行硅切片大大优于传统切割方式，主要优点如下：
a、切割速度是砂浆切割的2倍;
b、无砂浆混合，无需建设砂浆回收系统;
c、切割表面质量好;
d、无PEG和 SIC 的危险废物产生;
e、清洁高效生产.
