一、 产品简介:
盐水注射机是将盐水及辅料通过盐水注射、真空滚揉,注入肉中的料液充分腌渍,渗透,疏松肌肉组织结构,有利于肌球蛋白溶出,并且由于添加剂对原料肉离子强度的增强作用和蛋白等特点的调整作用,注入配制的水溶液能使肉质嫩化、松软,从而提高了肉制品的出品率和改善肉制品的嫩度和口感。
可根据不同工艺要求,调整步进速度,步进距离,压肉板间隙及注射压力,将腌渍液均匀连续地注入肉中,达到最理想的注射效果。
本机采用SUS304不锈钢材料制作,设计合理。送肉链条可全盘托出,清洗方便,针头排列为单针单管,设有自动保护装置,当注射针头碰到硬物时,注射针自动弹起,不受损坏,真正达到了注射的肉无死角。
