1、原料:鸡蛋、面粉、食用植物油、鲜猪油、火腿肠、葱花、食盐等。
2、生产过程：
（1）调制西糊：将面粉放于盆中，加入适量的水搅拌成糊状（如同稀浆糊一样）,加入适量食
盐，也可加少量味精和五香粉，搅匀备用。
（2）模具预热:将模具放在煤炉上加热,然后向每个汉堡模型内倒入少量的食用植物油（如花
生油、菜籽油等）。
（3）制作方法：待油烧热后用勺将面糊舀入一个模型（约占模型浓度的一半）,继续加热1－
2分钟，随后在面糊上面打入一个鸡蛋,放入少许肉、几片火腿肠及葱花，并撒上适量的
盐,继续加热至基本熟，用水果刀和腻子刀将前面已基本煎熟 、有鸡蛋的半个汉堡从模
型中倒侧，然后往模型底部加入约半个模型的面糊，最后将有鸡蛋的一面朝下放入摆正
在模型内，继续加热，直至熟透即可。也可再翻过来煎一次，以便熟得更透、更快一
些。
3、建议：
（1）鸡蛋的用量根据当地的生活水平来定,如生活水平低,可将一个鸡蛋搅碎,分成两份或三份
加入:如生活水平高，一个汉堡最好放一个鸡蛋。
（2）新模具刚开始使用时需多加油、常擦油，可用一矿泉水瓶装上植物油，瓶盖上钻一个小
孔，手捏瓶子往模型内加入，以保证做出来的汉堡表面光亮、金黄、好看。
